Multiple invoicing systems within one company.

One business, multiple locations each with different contact details and using different invoicing numbers. Been advised so far to use themes if possible for client and to post the request here.

    Hi Ben, As you have been advised, the best thing to do would be to set up individual projects for each different business location ('Projects' in KashFlow can then be renamed to 'Locations' for instance within your settings) and then use PDF themes to create a particular invoice style with the correct details for each business.
