In an invoice, where the payment box is at the bottom it shows how many times an invoice has been sent - to whom and on what date. I would like to see what was written on the email too as having a dispute with a client re a payment which was explained in one of the emails sent

Hi Ellie, Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately we are unable to hold this information within the KashFlow software unless you were to manually upload a copy of the email into the customer records section. I would suggest tracking this through your email history or looking at an external system that could integrate with KashFlow?
