swapping the column sizes on the job listing so that names is the larger than customers name
Swap the names and Customer name column sizes as customer name doesn't need to be that big, but names does as we put a brief description of the job under names and when shown in list view you cant see the job description. You could also change the name to Job Description which has more relevance.
