When creating an invoice in ‘invoicing’ the customer search has to be exactly as the name appears on the system. (ie, Mr & Mrs) We can’t even search by customer code. Could we improve that search function.

Think this is essential - many schools have very similar or even exactly the same names - it's time consuming loading one to see if it has the right postcode. Please change.

It should be a wildcard search - you should be able to search by customer code, surname or first name at the least
