More than 10 products to the dropdown box in quotes

Once you have chosen the parent code in quotes/invoices then in the dropdown box of products there should be more than 10 products.

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch. Can I ask how many products you currently manage on KashFlow? The system will show all products under a single sales code in most cases, apart from when there is an exceptional volume in which case it will revert to a search facility. Many thanks

We have approx 500 products to put into your software, we started putting products in under the parent category but it only shows 10 products in the drop down box facility when doing a quote.

Thanks for your reply. Once you exceed 100 products on the system the drop down box will revert to a search facility and will not show more than 10 products. This was implemented at the request of our users to make searching through numerous products easier and to preserve system performance.

However, if you have not yet reached this level you should see more than 10 products currently listed on the dropdown. Have you contacted our support team about the issue?
