Propagate the first & last name fields automatically when you create a new customer
When you create a new customer, you create a name for them, which most of the time is the name you use for them, then you have to go back and enter the first & last name manually.
These fields should be automatically filled from your original entry, with the option of changing them if you wanted to. This is quite a simple thing to implement.
