Capacity to archive older Quotes, Invoices and Purchases

I would like the option to Archive older quotes, invoices and purchases so that they do not still show when I need to search for a particular entry. At the moment I have to scroll through years of entries to search for an item not listed in the current month or previous months (as these are the only date check options other than date order from start to finish) if I do not have an entry number listed.

    We have implemented the ability to achieve Invoices in the New Design and will do so for Purchase Invoices. Please continue to vote and make comments if you'd like this extended to Quotes and Purchase Orders

      I've just raised a similar query and I'm disappointed to see that Kashflow has taken no action or responded to this idea raised in 2017.

      Any progress on actioning this? I have just completed year end and would find it much easier to archive all my previous sales and purchase records.

      Hi

      I totally agree.  We have lots of individual orders from customers which make it very difficult to identify the significant wholesale invoices.  Makes the whole system much less efficient.  We can archive individual customers so do not understand why it is not possible to archive invoices.
