Hi Sam,
You use the EC Sales list as your example, this is a report that is created in a PDF purposefully so as it cannot be edited. This is the reason that it is not saved into an excel file to be exported, however by clicking print you can then save it to your computer to upload or do what you would like with
What a waste of time that is, this is not a word application it's a numbers application and should be treated as such!
I will be writing reviews on Kashflow to represent the lack of care for customers actual needs and the awful brush of from all support channels.
If you call the "resolved" then your a bit on the simple side, I now recommend you get a dictionary and look up the meaning of the work resolved and then correct this part of your system to be accurate "ignored" or "not at all interested in helping" would be more appropriate
Hi Sam,
An EC sales list should not be edited once the report is created, any changes should be made within the individual record in the software, hence why this particular report does not generate in a CSV file. You can generate a PDF copy of this report that can then be uploaded to the HMRC.
If I have completely missed the issue here then please provide some more detail for us, we will always try and find the best possible way to remedy a lack of functionality in the system.
Your suggestion was marked as resolved because you had asked for the ability to generate and download an EC sales list, which is something that you can do in KashFlow and the method was provided to you within the response.
Thanks,
Tom
