Currently credit control emails do not include a PDF attachment of the overdue invoice. Whilst a hyperlink to download a copy of the invoice can be added through text substitutions, this is blocked by many company firewalls. This then means additional work to manually send a copy of the invoice. Much better would be the addition of this attachment feature to allow more efficient reminders/credit control.
