Work in progress

Could you look at adding Work in Progress to the stock management system, so that raw materials can be tracked through the manufacturing process to finished goods creating a final cost price. At the moment the only way to show this is by creating many new nominal codes and creating journals for each stage

Hi Frances, We are not currently looking at any changes to our stock management system. KashFlow itself is designed as a bookkeeping tool and as such any increased functionality to incorporate this would more than likely come from an integration with an experienced stock management system that could hold such functionality. If we do get a large volume of votes for something such as this, we can look at building in an additional module for the app but unfortunately this is not currently on our roadmap.
