I am a new user to Kashflow, after speaking to various people at Kashflow my understanding is that a part/sku number can only be shown in the "description" field if you want a part number to be shown on a quotation/invoice etc. Most systems I have used over past 10 years + are generally based upon part numbers rather than descriptive text, for a product. Is there any plans to include a field where part number can be shown to clients on their documentation etc?

Thanks for your feedback. At the moment we don't have any plans to add a specific part number field. However, you can change the name of any field on the invoice if there is one that you aren't currently using?

I agree with Andrew. I have been involved with purchasing for nearly 10 years and every single purchase order has shown a part number. I am referring to POs from hundreds, if not thousands of different suppliers. Certainly in my field of Engineering part numbers are absolutely cruicial.
