'Read Receipt' when emailing out invoices.

I think it would be a good idea to add a 'Read receipt' when emailing invoices. We email invoices directly through KashFlow and some weeks ago there were problems with your email provider meaning many of our customers didn't receive their invoices. If we add a read receipt we can identify who has and has not received their invoices and who is late paying as it would notify us of when they read the email.

This is showing as merged , but it has been merged with another idea
that will not be implemented. This single change is for me the most
important and relevant as I have suffered cash flow issues as a result
of invoices purportedly not being received. Do I need to re raise it
again to keep it visible to you?

We definitely need read receipts especially due to problems with Kashflow
We always have problems with customers not receiving invoices so this would be great to confirm they have had them
This would be good to confirm customer has received. helps when chasing up as well.
