IRIS KashFlow

When I accrue for electricity each month - using a journal entry or I do a bank spend - I cannot use a product code. ie the accrual just goes into utilities under 'unassigned' on the P&L - which is REALLY irritating!

This is a redundant popup upon every login reminding to add additional users requiring an extra click to close it. What's so special about adding additional users? It's such a basic thing - it does not warrant such an annoying popup upon every login.

It would be great to be able to take photo snaps of expense/purchase receipts and then Kashflow would sort them out automatically into the correct tax categories. It would make VAT a doddle!! I have seen a few accounting solutions already offering...

WE supply goods to the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World. Having a report that shows the % of sales by country would help immensely with marketing etc..
