Are there any plans to expand the usability of the customer database? It would be really helpful to be able to view/download the info I create under the 'Other info' tab in some kind of report.

Default focus on Supplier Screen set to search box

Unless you have a very limited range of suppliers, you will need to search by supplier. Currently you have to locate the mouse on screen and then click into the search box. Since this is probably the only action you would want to take at this stag...

Partial Save or Recover Document

Working on the presumption that the KashFlow uses the same or similar logic to MS Word, perhaps having a partial save or recover document for when things unexpected happen. Personal experience 2 hours worth of work lost as it deemed me "Inactive"

Customers hourly rate

I need to assign a different hourly rate to each customer according to their contracted fee. It would make life simpler if we could set a rate against each customer to ensure correct billing throughout the contract term.
