If you add a file to an invoice you can Preview, Download or Delete.If you add a file to a customer there is no Preview option, which would be useful.

An "Add Batch Notes" button

Similar to the "Add Batch Payment" button - one note that attaches itself to multiple invoices. Handy when chasing several invoices at a time.

At the bottom of the invoice totals add an additional two sum totals showing the split between labour and materials.

Custom reports to select only specific bank accounts

Title says it all really, I use accounts for cash on hand and transfer it between a few other accounts but these don't apply to my overall business account and so I'd like to run custom reports without certain accounts being included in the report

Refine the search facility to show all products containing the keywords in the search string

At the moment we have to remember exactly how the products are entered into the database to find them. If the search would show all products containing the relevant keyword creating invoices would be easy. At the moment its a bloody nightmare.

Rather than being restricted to store files only in Dropbox allow us to create link to file anywhere either on Internet or locally
