Can't see 2018 VAT reports

I can see 2017 and 2019 VAT reports but when selecting 2018, the system hangs for 30 seconds and gives the following error: "Oops! Something went wrong. Our dev team has been notified about it. Please refresh your browser session."

Detailed VAT report to show transaction detail

This would be a benefit for a partial exemption calculation. Also to check that you have not claimed VAT where it should not be claimed.

Reports not loading correctly

Generating the Trial Balance or VAT reports has a fault. The reports load in a strange format. Please review the Reports as they look terrible.

VAT Return Download

The VAT "View" function now means you have to view/download the Summary and Detail separately. Can you please change or add a new function so you can download both together!
