Import Customers - First Name & SUrname Fields

When you export customer details from KF, first name and surname fields are included. When you try to import the data back to KF, there are no field to allow this!

Customer credit limits - notifications when limit is reached would help.

Some sort of notification when a customer reaches their credit limit would greatly improve the system. When accepting new orders this could be checked quickly.

Cash receipt allocation

Cash receipt sometime is posted without the remittance advice. Kashflow should allow a feature for a posted receipt to be able to allocate to multiple invoices.
