Hello, i would like to know if there is a way to highlight certain customers on Kashflow so other departments can see this particular customer is highlighted for a reason, without using the Notes option, i need it to be more clear at the start of the customer. i would have difficulty with some customers re payments etc. so i need other colleagues to be aware of this by being able to highlight this customer
