Retain a copy of the quote when converted it to an Invoice

I create a quote, when I move it to create an invoice, keep the original quote in the quote list. I found the when I create an Invoice it deletes the original quote in the quote list. This did not happen in the older ver of software.

Column widths for reports

Adding products to quote & invoices

To add products it would be very helpful to have an overview of our products when 'Add line item' button is clicked and to be able to scroll down them to select the product the customer has ordered.

Add more detail on the invoices list

It would be useful to see more details of the invoice like a brief description on which site that invoice relates to without having to click on each inoice to see what it was for.

The Invoice field should be able to accept letter and other characters

I have an invoice reference of the form "SB01/12345/1". This does not fit in the Invoice Number field because: 1. It is too long 2. Contains letters 3. Contains other characters I think this should be possible
