Able to add a prefix to order numbers

Ability to preset the Order number and invoice number with (say ) a two character prefix would easily identify the company in number series at customers and suppliers.

Includes customer emails in auotmated back up

The automated backups do not include customer emails, which really would be essential info to have offline in the event of a Kashflow data breach, so we can fulfil the requirements of GDPR.

Allow project numbers to be alpha numeric not simply sequential. Or, to allow project numbers to be given an aoptional prefix or suffix.c

At present when creating a new Project KF generates the next sequential number. This is not ideal to our business we would prefer to allocate a 'project number' in an alpha numeric form, e.g. RFH 380. . We would be OK to leave the sequential numbe...
