I would like to create/print a report based on the Project Code so that I can see at a glance our budget costs. When we create a quote/project we create a Project Code. That quote then gets converted to an Invoice. We use that Project Code in the Supplier Ledger when creating Purchases so that we have a running tally of money in on a project and then all money spent on that project so that we can see what our bottom line is profit wise. There is nothing like this so I have to manually go into Projects, type in the Product Code or Name of the Project then select List Purchases from the Project Reports Box on the right and this then lists individual Suppliers so I have to click on each one and transfer the details into excel!! Waste of time and resources. Couldn't there be a report based on a Project Code alone which will show the money in on that project and then everything paid out with a list of suppliers we have used to give us a bottom line. Hope this makes sense.
