The option to add multiple Client Managers to a client on connect

So different staff members can on;y see the accounts they are assigned to.

Calender reminder for actions such VAT returns etc

Instead of manually recording a note of the next client's VAT return/yearend etc into a Diary or similar. It would be ideal if Kashflow was able to send an email to warn you of the pending task for your client.

Internal email communications with clients

I think it would be good if you could email clients directly within the software to avoid going to third party applications. Almost like having the ability to have a conversation within the platform
