I use this option daily for multiple customers from Mac. There are of course workarounds to create CSV files but it's another job that was handled nicely previously.

Send a remind letter to cover all customer invoices
You can only send a reminder letter per outstanding invoice. We have some customers with multiple invoices outstanding, it would be good to be able to send a reminder for all outstanding invoices in one go
It would be useful to have access to the quote category menu on the customer invoices, statements screen to give further information for the quotes at a glance. This will allow users to see from this screen which quotes were won or lost.
Ability to text messages to customers and supplier mobile telephones either individually or groups
Would be useful to confirm appointments, thanks for custom, seasonal messages, news broadcasts or anything you want to inform customers or suppliers about.
The ability to e mail all customers at once of a change or new product
If we change say our bank account details or we have a new product in our goods list I think it would be helpful if we could do an e mail and BCC all our customers so they are all aware of the update. Please can this be adopted.
