Add Multifactor authentication

A friend uses another bookkeeping system whereby when an invoice has been sent they receive a notification when the customer has opened said invoice. Can a system be put into place with Kashflow?

You need to take data security seriously and secure all logins via 2FA, ideally via authenticator app or encryption key

Given the importance of the data held in Kashflow, you NEED to implement proper 2FA using an app like Authy or Google Authenticator - and not rely on email which if delayed, causes issues with accessing the system. Thanks

At the moment, the new design layout lacks any access to the help and support pages, unless you can find a section of Kashflow which has not yet been changed to the New Design. Why make things harder to find what you need?

Looking at the "ideas" posted, many are junk advertisements, limiting genuine customers and Kashflow support from being able to review and assess genuine ideas. Can you enforce a login using our subscription credentials before any idea can be posted?
