Recommend security of account access should be increased using multi factor authentication (MFA), as per other Iris products. Also, MFA is a requirement for cloud services for companies applying for Cyber Essentials certification.

Agree with original poster's request and earlier comments - this is critical for modern security. We too are working towards ISO27001 and this is an obvious security flaw

This is critical for modern security. We will soon need to leave KashFlow as our Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and insurance require MFA on all systems.
