Can we have the facility to include unique comments onto payslips.

I was until the last payroll putting the week number on individual lines of weekly paid staff "#36 Weekly Pay"... However a member of staff needed copy payslips and when printing they all have the most recent comment/week number on them.

The fields on payslips are not locked when they are finalised and submitted as you would think especially if you are a KF accounts user.

Can each payslip regardless of changes be locked when finalised each period, or provide a unique field that locks each time payroll is run?
