I had an employee who was on long term sickness earlier this year. She is entitled to 13 weeks of contractual sick pay which also includes SSP, and then after 13 weeks she falls back onto SSP only. Your system did not like this and your support team gave me a work around for me to be able to process her payslip, but it was not entirely accurate. I think I had to tell the system that she got only 1 type of sick pay within the month. I think we should be able to be more accurate that that.
