I'm finding it very time consuming to change employees' rates of mileage form 25p to 30p. Not only do I have to change it on the 'item type' I also have to change it on the 'amount' so twice on every line for every single payslip.
Could you please add a feature to enable us to amend everyone's mileage allowance with the one setting?
I thought it would be an easy thing to do and I just hadn't found the feature yet, but after chatting to one of your agents online I understand it isn't possible yet.

As you are aware the rates in KashFlow Payroll are the standard HMRC rates that are defaulted to.
I do agree it would be a good idea to allow you to set up a different default to use for the two rates. I'll ensure it goes into consideration soon.
