It would be really useful if a free text box could be added to statements so you add comments to explain anomalies on statements. I just had one where they double paid an earlier invoice, I wanted to explain what had happened - I had to work out where to print my comment on a blank page, print that, overprint the statement on that, scan and then email to client, bit of an easily solved kerfuffle! I know I could have put the explanation in the email, but much easier if on the statement as invariable the email and statement will become separated.
