It would be useful to have an on-site User Group meeting between KashFlow developers/managers from IRIS/SNAP developers/managers from IRIS and end-users. By this I mean bookkeepers and end-users who operate KF on a day-to-day basis (rather than accountants whoe use is vastly different).
This would enable IRIS to keep us informed on their development roadmap as well as allow users to feedback issues with the current UI as well as discussing their suggestions for future developments and improvements.
