The search automatically filters to the last 90 days – 9/10 times this is not useful, please can you make a setting to change to automatically search all

Thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion. It makes a lot of sense, and we'll certainly take it into consideration when reviewing future minor enhancements. The search currently defaults to showing results from the last 90 days, which means it's easy to assume that a record doesn't exist when in reality it may simply be outside the default date range. That can create more friction than the extra click required to change the filter.
One thing that would help us understand the impact a little better is how often you are you using the search functionality and having to make the change?
