Over a number of helpdesk ticket exchanges, I am eventually told that you cannot assist with this. You promote yourself to be MTD compliant for users, however, this is an area where there is NO advice on how to manipulate the existing functionality of your system to allow for this to be put on our VAT return. You have no ability to manually adjust a VAT return and no function to include it.
You have a few submit ideas listed, one from 2018 and one from 2019 which have been ignored.
I looked elsewhere for accountancy software and feel I shall end up looking elsewhere again if you are unable to either suggest a compromise on the workings, or add ability to manually adjust VAT returns to include Marginal VAT.
