At the moment, the new design layout lacks any access to the help and support pages, unless you can find a section of Kashflow which has not yet been changed to the New Design.
Why make things harder to find what you need?

This is now even worse - the help bot does not even recognise "Contact Support" or "Raise a Ticket".
