We use a separate system to process our payroll and just use Kashflow to raise the Purchase invoice for our employees for their monthly pay. We also have a handful of personnel who use Kashflow to raise Sales invoices to our clients, and we do not want them to be able to see the payments that have gone to employees.

It would therefore be useful to have the option to password protect certain suppliers so that they are not viewable by everyone using the system.
