When I now copy an existing invoice as a new invoice, the payment option defaults to "No payment option" for some reason. This confused me as I never even thought to check what that option was set to (the customer previously used Iris Pay).
It should surely have a default set of payment options for customers - maybe linked according to the location of customer, as I cannot offer bank transfer for customers outside the UK (due to the banking charges).
