This is a glaring omission from printed invoices, despite appearing on the Invoice screen. Press 'Print' or email an invoice and the PDF just has no product information at all, unless that is we use a ridiculous workaround to enter the exact same data into the 'Description' field (either on the invoice or in the product set up). For companies that sell standard products with non-changing EAN/ISBN codes and standard product names this is utter nonsense.
How it should work: The required fields of product Code and Name (as entered on the Sales Code creation screen https://app.kashflow.com/ManageProductList.asp) should show on the printed invoice by default. Then, Kashflowmust provide an option (in https://app.kashflow.com/PDFThemes_Edit.asp > Field Names) to exclude the following fields from the printed invoice: Name; Code; Description. N.B. the option to exclude already appears for the Qty field, so the architecture is already there.
To provide even greater flexibility, you could provide the option to include/exclude these optional fields at the point the invoice is printed/emailed. Or an easy way to create an invoice template which includes/excludes each element.
