The ability to send a customer sales order to a selected contact. I.e. on the customers profile tab, under Additional Contact, add a new tick box below "Receive Invioces" labelled "Receive Sales Orders". This is very useful if your client requires a sales order to raise an inovice yet the actual invoice is sent to a different department such as Accounts Payable. You can go one stage further and have another tick box for receiving delivery/packing notes should a client request a copy.
