The ability to capture invoices for easier upload - currently only an option from 3rd Party -making it a costly addition. Nearly all of the competitors offer this facility as part of the package
I agree that this facility is needed as it's a 'basic option' of most other providers. Having to use a third party provider such as Receipt makes it very expensive and not competitive with other providers. Kashflow has increased fees but not improved the service to keep in line with competitors - now considering leaving along with other family kashflow users
