I am trying to "back up" (for want of a better word) all of my sales invoices. Currently I have to "Print-Save as PDF "each invoice individually... I have THOUSANDS.
I don't think it's too much to ask for to be able to download all of my invoices in PDF format without having to individually click each one and download it.
I use these invoices to find previous prices for customers. Having the invoices as PDFs on my pc allows the Windows search function to search for a product description within the invoices folder and pull up any invoices that match the description. I can then see what prices my customers paid over the previous years and quote them or somebody else accordingly.
I am a small business owner and the above method may not be how other people do things but it works for me and when I signed up for Kashflow I did not expect my invoices to be unavailable for download in bulk.
