Having the option to enter the "rate" on invoice lines as either exclusive or inclusive of VAT

It would be a real time saver if there were the option to be able to enter the "rate" value of an invoice line item as gross rather than having to always enter the value net of VAT. Many invoices/receipts issued do not show the net to gross breakdown and calculating these manually is needlessly time consuming.
