Emails I was sending out via Kashflow own smtp service were either being rejected or classified as spam as they were originating from a different source to my registered domain. To get around this i use a third party smtp service authorised to my domain. I had to setup my own smtp settings using port 2525. Everything was working fine in March, however in April none of my automatic invoices were sent. I only knew because of previous issues i have had with emails, and i have my own email address setup as a BCC on all my emails going out. How many customers currently using smtp settings are unaware their automatic mailings are not being sent because you have decided to implement port blocking without advising customers. You should have a better system where we can see if our emails have successfully sent, and be alerted to any issues like email failures.
