I am generating  a spreadsheet which shows Predictive and Actual spend per project per month. I need a report that shows what the actual spend was per project per month. Currently, Kashflow can show a Materials spend per project per month in the Nominal Ledger but this is report is generated by the invoice date entered, not the paid date. A paid date report will show how much a company has spent and on what, in a given month, therefore being able to predict more efficiently what their spend is for the year.
