Suppliers need monthly CIS statements to show gross amount, CIS deduction and net amount paid. This will enable them claim on a monthly basis their CIS suffered.
I have only just enquired about this myself, i also use Xero for another business' books, it takes second to send all the statements off to the subcontractors every month
CIS is not a new scheme and I am amazed that Kashflow does not have a function in place to automatically create payment and deduction statements to send to our sub-contractors!
Other accounting software has this feature so why not Kashflow?
Without this feature, and our number of suppliers/sub-contractors increasing, it is becoming more and more labour intensive every month!
