KashFlow should integrate with Arthur, a cloud based property management  software solution.

We have a number of property management companies as clients who are using Arthur .

Currently both Xero and Quickbooks integrate  with Arthur to

• Avoiding double entry via the two way integration
• Having the power of a full accounting system for your end of year acounts
• Enables you to comply with new digital tax return laws
• Quick and easy rent reconciliation

But there is no Kashflow option.
