Statements are confusing for customers & myself. If an invoice is part paid, customer has to follow trail to find payment against invoice rather than a reduction in value of what is owed on against the invoice & what is shown on the statement. This would be a better set up

This would be good as statement shows the whole value being owed & the element of part paid in a few lines down on statement - customers find this confusing
