Because it looks absurd and amateurish to email a quote to Joe Bloggs, United Kingdom, when he works in the same village. It prevents me from using the quotes template in Kashflow. At least in invoices you can remove it but as that has to be done every single time you email an invoice it's a real irritation. Your design options for invoices in general are very limited.
