We use Kashflow for subscription based invoices (thousands every quarter). When an invoice becomes overdue, we currently have to go into each account individually to print off reminder letters. It is extremely time consuming.
It would be an enormous time saver (at least 1 week per quarter) if we could print off a CSV of the Overdue Invoices Report, because it would allow us to run a mail merge for the reminder letters instead.
