Reinstate remittance advice reports for batch payments

We have always sent our suppliers an emailed remittance advice when making batch payments - the attached remittance advice, listing the items included in the batch, no longer works and we would like it reinstated, as there is no alternative way to advise our suppliers of the payment details quickly and easily.  It seems reasonable to expect the system to facilitate quick and easy notification to suppliers of the items included in the payment.

    Hi Tracy, sorry I was not aware that you are still on the old version of KashFlow as this is no longer being developed. All new development is being done in the new version, including MTD VAT and VAT improvements which will not be updated in the old version.

    Hi Julie

    When we reported to your support team that there was an error on the remittance advice attached to the confirmation email for batch payments, it was your own support team (Amy Atkins) that advised us this feature no longer works (see the attached email conversation). Amy provided us with a workaround, which we are now using, and also suggested that we submit the suggestion to you online. Amy also suggested that we consider moving to the new Kashflow front end, which we intend to look at in more detail as soon as we have the opportunity.

    Hi, thank you for adding your idea, however, it should still be possible to email a remittance advice to your supplier from the batch payment screen.  Once the batch payment has been saved, the envelope and printer icons are available at the top right of the screen.  If they are not showing on your screen, or you have any further problems, please contact Support@KashFlow.com.
