I understand completely that expiry of subscription appears on monthly invoices, however, the software expired over the weekend and it was still a shock yesterday when I logged in and had the expiration notice pop up on my screen. Therefore, I would have preferred to have received a reminder up to four days prior to warn me of this. A simple request I know, but this would heed the surprise element I had yesterday when I logged in and wanted to produce a very quick invoice and was unable to do so due to expiration.
