Xero has added a function that all incoming emailed invoices can be read via the software either on pdf or otherwise and will be inputted automatically as they come in and also you have a check list to confirm each one . Also they have a daily bank feed rather than a click button bank feed again an auto click box to confirm some entries . Dont want to change software as i like kashflow but these items especially the email one will save me so much time with inputting .
